Personalized service
Aptive is serious about good communication with our customers. First, Aptive emails customers before a scheduled visit to notify them when to expect it. Then, Service Professionals will text message the customer shortly before each appointment, so the customer can anticipate their arrival. If the customer is home, the Service Professional will always speak with the customer face-to-face. After the service is complete, the Service Professional will explain exactly what they did. If the customer wasn’t home during the treatment, the Service Pro sends a text message to give the customer this information.
